This notice covers the Auditvec public website, demo access workflows, documentation, support communications, and hosted evaluation operations.

Auditvec is operated by the Auditvec project/team identified in the applicable agreement or communication. Formal contracting entity details are provided in signed pilot or production documents.

1. Scope

Auditvec provides software, APIs, documentation, audit export tooling, assisted onboarding services, and optional private deployment support. This page explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected in connection with those public-facing and evaluation workflows.

Public demo and sandbox workflows are intended for evaluation data only. Do not submit personal, sensitive, regulated, or production applicant data unless a signed agreement expressly authorizes that use.

2. Information we collect

  • Business contact details you provide through support, pilot, or contracting communications, such as name, employer, role, and business email address.
  • Demo-key request details, consisting of an optional email address and required security-verification signals.
  • Technical and operational data such as IP address, browser details, request metadata, authentication events, and error logs.
  • Support and communication records such as emails, troubleshooting material, and meeting notes.
  • Customer-submitted or customer-controlled data processed under the applicable contract for hosted or assisted workflows.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the website and related services.
  • Respond to inquiries, manage demo access, and coordinate pilots.
  • Issue, validate, extend, revoke, or administer evaluation credentials.
  • Investigate misuse, enforce access controls, and maintain service reliability.
  • Provide support, onboarding, audit export materials, and related verification tools.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

4. Disclosure

Information may be disclosed to infrastructure, security, communications, and support providers, as well as to professional advisors or authorities where required or permitted by law. Auditvec does not sell customer lists for unrelated third-party marketing.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, evaluation workflows, security review, contractual administration, and legal obligations. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are applied according to the sensitivity of the information involved.

Security logs may be retained to investigate abuse, credential misuse, operational errors, and service reliability issues.

6. International processing and rights

Auditvec or its service providers may process information outside your home jurisdiction. Where applicable, contractual or other lawful safeguards are used. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing activities.
